Terms of Service

Who operates Trident

Trident Games operates the Trident app, website, and related services. Trident Games is owned and operated by Trevor Wright, a sole proprietor based in Tennessee, United States. In these policies, "Trident Games," "we," "us," and "our" refer to this business. Contact: admin@tridentgames.org. Mailing address: PO Box 432, Castalian Springs, TN 37031, United States.

Your account

Minimum age: 13, or the higher minimum age for digital consent in your country; users below the local age of majority also need parent/guardian permission. Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in information secure. Contact us if you suspect someone else is using your account. Accounts are personal and must not be shared or resold. Only one desktop instance may be active at a time; signing in to the website does not count as another instance.

Your license

Your access gives you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use Trident and the included mods, subject to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. You must separately own or lawfully access each base game. Unless applicable law permits otherwise, you may not redistribute protected downloads, remove ownership notices, or bypass access controls. Game names and third-party content belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by game publishers unless expressly stated.

Using mods

Use mods only where you have permission, including supported single-player games or private sessions that allow modification. Follow the game's rules and the Acceptable Use Policy. Mods can cause crashes, lost progress, compatibility problems, or action by a game platform. Back up your saves. We do not guarantee compatibility with future game updates or protection from game bans.

Memberships and access

Your listing describes the games, features, and access period included in your purchase. Higher membership tiers include eligible lower-tier games; individual licenses are separate. A permanent license has no scheduled expiry, but does not promise that a service, game, or future updates will remain available forever. Availability can change. Material changes to paid access will be communicated, and any remedies required by law remain available.

Payments and refunds

Read the Billing, Cancellation and Refunds policy and the offer before purchasing. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Uninstalling Trident does not cancel a subscription. A successful refund currently pauses all mod access on the account, including unrelated purchases, pending review, and stops subscription renewals. Contact admin@tridentgames.org for review. Your statutory cancellation, refund, and dispute rights are not waived.

Restrictions and support

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address compromised accounts, abuse, nonpayment, or legal requirements. You can ask for an explanation or review at admin@tridentgames.org. We may withhold details that would compromise security or another person's privacy. You can stop using Trident and request account deletion; cancel any subscription separately. Support is available by email, without a guaranteed response time unless your offer says otherwise.

Service limits and your rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Trident is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these policies excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses fraud, or removes mandatory consumer rights. Descriptions of service risks do not replace remedies required by law.

Your submissions

Only send files, feedback, or other material you have permission to share. You retain your rights in that material and allow us to use it as needed to investigate your request or provide the service. This permission does not grant an unrelated advertising or AI-training license.

Changes and questions

We will identify the effective version of these terms and notify you of material changes. Where required, we will seek your agreement before applying them.
