TRIDENT GAMES

Billing, Cancellation and Refunds

Your purchase

Review the listing and checkout for the game or membership, access period, currency, price, taxes, discounts, and any recurring charges. Base games are sold separately. Free games do not require a paid license. Individual licenses and memberships are separate products. If checkout is labeled test mode, it does not collect real payments. Live checkout charges the amount confirmed on the payment page.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions renew at the disclosed price and interval until canceled. Introductory discounts apply only for the stated period. Cancel future renewals through Orders & billing in the store, or email admin@tridentgames.org if you need help. Uninstalling Trident does not cancel billing. Cancellation normally keeps access until the paid period ends; it does not automatically refund an earlier payment.

Refund requests

Email admin@tridentgames.org with your order reference and a description of the issue. Do not send full payment card details. Requests are reviewed based on the offer, what happened, and applicable consumer law. No fixed voluntary refund window has been adopted for this test release. Any statutory refund or cancellation rights still apply.

Access after a refund

Under the current system, a successful full or partial refund pauses all mod access on the account, including unrelated purchases and free games, and stops future subscription renewals. Contact admin@tridentgames.org for an account review. Clearing the hold does not restore the refunded license or restart subscriptions; a new subscription is needed to resume recurring access. This process does not remove your legal rights to seek a refund or dispute a payment.

Problems with a purchase

Contact admin@tridentgames.org if you were charged incorrectly, cannot use paid access, or have trouble canceling. Include the order reference and relevant details so we can investigate. If a paid service cannot be supplied or materially changes, any remedies required by applicable law remain available.
